Experience in retail includes retail Management, Director, and VP level positions in high-touch retail, and VP, COO, and CEO experience in the retail software industry.
Scott is an accomplished retail executive, visionary product management executive, and highly respected consultant in omni-channel, omni-engagement, and customer-centric solutions and initiatives.
In various roles at Retaligent Solutions, Raymark, and Mi9 Retail, Scott was responsible for the strategic direction of products and the creations of solutions that shaped the face of retail, such as Clarience clienteling, Mosaic POS and Clienteling solutions, Mi9 Unified OMS, and other mobile and cross-channel solutions.
Scott's clients have included such well‐known brands as Saks Fifth Avenue / Hudson's Bay, Harrods, Hugo Boss, Giorgio Armani, Polo Ralph Lauren, Luxottica, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Carolina Herrera, St. John Knits, Helzberg Diamonds and many others.
